Disappointed with the broken ring binder

while the book cover and pages were intact, the ring binder is mostly detached from the spine. Which makes it unusable for the purpose which I bought the book. Therefore the book description did not disclose the defect.

Wonderful Stories

I was thrilled with the perfect condition of this book. I had anticipated some writing or tears. But it was in pristine. The artwork is in excellent condition.
