Item is damaged. Bottom bracket is broke...
Item is damaged. Bottom bracket is broken off and two of the 5 vacuum tubes are broken off the back. This would have been noticed when it was removed because as soon as I removed mine I could see where my parts were not broken. I now have to use my old frame to make this broken one work.

Cheap replacement
If you aren't concerned with it looking or feeling OEM this item is fine. I put it in and it looks out of place in the car. I will go to Buick or try to find an oem replacement.
