Fantastic results and easy to use
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich Really easy to read and remarkably effective. I've not suffered abuse but like everyone I have experience things that were traumatic to me over my life. I've used the technique described in the book, which is really easy to do, and the results are fantastic.
This might sound weird, but reading the book I get an overwhelming feeling of love - I think this emanates from Cathy herself.
