Exactly what it should be at a great price
This is a power adapter for a specific product. It fits, it works, it was inexpensively priced and quickly shipped - couldn't ask for more.

Really good series
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich I was looking for a graduated series on yoga, that started with things that stiff and achy me could do. This solved that need - even very inflexible people (like me!) can do the exercises with a chair as shown early on, and I can see that I have levels that I can aspire to.
I'm very happy with this, bought after taking a yoga class, and watching dozens of yoga videos online. This one works the best for me.
