Receiving a smashed product
I have been anticipating this product for weeks and when it arrived it looked like the box had been beaten. New packing tape on the top and bottom seals and holes in the box. Opening it up and finding it smashed up has really left me upset. This is an expensive product and to receive it like this is unbelievable.
