I have to say that compared to some of the other Plantronics similar units (M20, M50) the sound quality is very thin and lacks good full presence. Otherwise, the operation is easy and lasts about 11 hours on a full charge. Also, I only paid $20 for this...guess you get what you pay for.

These do work perfectly, however, they're very flimsily made of cheap/thin plastic so one should take special care in handling and storing them.
