These are amazing, help me drift off to sleep naturally, no frogging the next day.

Too intense!
The overall content was challenging, she went too much into depth into the scientifics of Bulimia. The best advice which was the whole point of the book was that she used the 'Rational Recovery' method which I Googled for free + found it to be the help I needed.
If she had just advised this in the first place istead of the end of the book my life would be richer by a few hours....
