Changed my life!
"Food Inc." is the most IMPORTANT movie I have ever viewed! It opened my eyes to the food industries practices and for years what I had been "feeding" into... Needless to say, I was disgusted with how animals were treated and what hormones were injected into them... and yes, whatever they take in we do as well... yuck. The FDA's practices with the food that WE consume is appalling! I am normally not a political person, but I simply could NOT turn a blind eye to this movie. I am now a vegetarian and make a conscience effort to eat organic. I HIGHLY recommend "Food Inc.", if you are interested in living a healthier life... which I'm assuming you are... :)
