Impressed! And I am a buyer not a seller!(for a change)
Well this product worked as you would have expected of a brand such as Kenwood. I don't know you but personally I'd rather buy a quality product which costs a bit more but lasts longer than a cheaper one which would be in
the bin a week later.
For starters the power consumption is excellent. In that it heats up really quickly. Sometimes I purposefully left the toasty in there a bit longer and the nice thing about this product is that it won't burn the toast (unlike other ones I have tried) but rather it would just turn it more goldy in colour which is still good if you like it that way.
When you look at the sturdiness of the product, you will notice that there are no plastic bits and bobs used in it. Typically such products suffer from melting such parts (with the heat) after heavy use. I am glad to say that silvery part of the external housing is Aluminium. The black parts are in metal as well. There are no switches on it which is even better (as they all melt) and the hinges are solid metal items (and not plastic ones). So tops in that department!
The non stick material used on the inside is also very easily cleaned so there should not be any issues cleaning the product after usage. I found that if the surface is still a little warm. A paper napkin will clean it up completely. No need to use forks and stuff to remove debris from your favourite monster sandwich.
As far as usage is concerned I can tell you that as of day one this item did not stop working in our house. It is used by family members at least 5 times a day (in thr morning). And at least another 3 times in the afternoons/evenings. This means that the item is being used from 6-8 times a day and still works perfectly / looks as new. No sign of wear! I can assure you that had it been one of those cheap gadgets you find around. By now it would have been dead.
At first when I took a look at the product, it looked really different compared to the other sandwich toasters which exists around. And I looked around for some reviews. While I was unable to find any decent reviews on the product, I still decided to give it a try.
If you don't want any hassle, a good product which also does what it should do PROPERLY and efficiently, this product is for you!

Good but would never buy another logitech
Product is of average build quality. Doesn't even compare to cyborg rat 7 from 2011 in terms of ergonomics. Its okay as a mouse but nothing to write home about.
