Lord of the Rings for kids
My son (8) loves these books. I read them at bedtime with him and sometimes find myself wanting to keep reading instead of turning out the lights :-) They're well written and creative. It's another world, like the Lord of the Rings, but less complicated, for kids. I highly recommend for a strong 8-year old reader.

Great for exercise
Light, flexible, snug on your head but without being irritating. No frame in your peripheral vision, and high quality lenses. These are the best sunglasses I've ever had for exercise.
