  Worst eBay shipping experience ever. Product was exactly as described but the Fedex Smartpost shipping was awful. It took 2-1/2 weeks. Product would just sit at various Fedex or USPS facilities for days. I contacted seller to see what the problem was and they just did what I was doing, checking online, instead of calling to free up the shipment

  We did all we could. We had no control over FedEx's delivery service. We called FedEx, checked online, and communicated with the buyer several times. Fedex wouldn't tell us why the delivery was delayed. Glad the order finally reached to the buyer.

  Item was packaged really well. Opened up box and the cushions were vacuum sealed. Once I cut the vacuum seal, cushions expanded to size and it was very easy to get the covers on. Love the color of the covers, as described. Quick shipping.
