  Very good communication by seller; Item is as described, new condition, packed well for shipment. I've had no chance yet to use the item much-just arrived yesterday and this is one of those items where you have to use it awhile to really get an idea of how good it is (or not) for back support-but the memory foam is nice and springy. So far, so good; if I am able to write more about the item later I will. Meanwhile, I would recommend this seller!

  Alot went wrong with this transaction. I wanted to leave a negative view. The seller was very helpful in resolving the problem. Great communication on their part. I was offered a refund. My package was lost in the mail and got damaged. Seller allowed me to still keep the cologne even tho it got damaged in the mail. I will definitely recommend this seller. They care about the consumer and did everything to fix the problem. Highly recommended and I will do business again.

  Bit of a long ship time but , hey , it did get here eventually, apparently the 1st shipment sent had went somewhere else locally and nobody knows why.Seller shipped another one , long story short , we got our order. Super BIG BOX for tiny item so if yours gets lost then UPS just made it disappear. Definitely satisfied at Sellers handling of situation , Great Customer Service & definitely Great Packaging ! 100%Recommended!
