  The Sonny-Angel I ordered was delivered in a box whose bottom had been somewhat crushed in transit. I notified zrougor and was immediately dealt with in an exemplary customer service manner. They asked for pictures which I had some difficulty sending due to my limited computer skills. Each time I tried and failed in the task, the vendor patiently advised me. When the photos finally reached them, they offered a full refund or a replacement item. I was very impressed with the attention I received

  This item was shipped from this company and they put it in a shipping envelope not a cardboard box and the thing was crushed. I contacted the seller and said what happened to the item showed them pictures and they said they would just give me 15% off they didn’t offer to replace it or have me send the damage one back so I will never buy from this company again a great customer service thank you not

  The item is as described, arrived in good condition although I would love it to be packaged in a box for a better appearance. Haven’t tried it yet but looks good and I was happy with the price.
