Down side, not receiving keyboard and mouse as listed in the ad; messaged with seller a few times to initiate shipping of these two missing items versus $10 refund. The system does work well at this point, set it up after receiving the two items, being the important item for me. That being said, I would be reticent to order from seller in the future as, to me, this seller came across as disorganized.

The shipping was faster than I thought and it arrived on the exact day they said. I did some a couple of issues (prob caused by the shipper handling the box roughly) but the tech support folks responded to my emails the same day and we were able to resolve the problems. If you are looking for a reliable high-value refurb PC , these folks do not dissapoint. Would buy from them again.

I communicated this to the seller, who offered a 50% discount. I said I preferred what was listed (new or unused), at which point the seller issued an immediate refund. I’m giving positive feedback because the seller was quick to respond, and rectified the situation by refund. Ultimately, I ordered from a different seller whose description was “new”, not “open box”.

Product descriptions - there were at least three different descriptions on this particular product, and product pictured was similar but not the actual product. On my specific product a mistake was made and seller resolved it without any problems. Next time I purchase a similar product I will still consider this seller.
