The shipping was faster than I thought and it arrived on the exact day they said. I did some a couple of issues (prob caused by the shipper handling the box roughly) but the tech support folks responded to my emails the same day and we were able to resolve the problems. If you are looking for a reliable high-value refurb PC , these folks do not dissapoint. Would buy from them again.

Packaging was minimal and allowed the power supply to move around a little too much, but for a metal box, not so bad. Came around for a second try as described all because the seller was happy to commiunucate to them when there was a mistake. The value of this unit is good, since I paid only a hundred and some change compared to the multi hundred of other units

They ran out of the Ryzen 7 5800x, but swiftly contacted me and offered an upgrade to the Ryzen 9 5900x for an extra $50, which I accepted. The PC was packaged very securely, with clear film protecting against scratches and a rigid air pouch surrounding the item for cushioning. After plugging it in, I verified that it came with every part, exactly as described.
