  It was one order that had two parts in it. The issue was they sent only one part of the order, which left one part not showing up. Because I got the one part, records showed that I received my order when in fact I received only half of my order. Once I got people to understand that the problem was corrected and I got the other part.

  Somewhat fragile items sent inside a mailer envelope would be more protected inside a sturdier small box. However, the items did arrive safely and not broken. Very good transaction completed. Thank you!
