  I expected a controller that needed a little tender loving care, but it’s just working perfectly with no defects at all. Shipped fast and was protected very well. I guess technically I should rate the description off because this thing for sure isn’t for parts! However it’s overly conservative in the buyers favor. Much respect to the seller, I am most pleased.
