Seller helpful and responsive but abysmal delivery by Evri - had item within 24 hours of order but took 12 days to deliver. Their automated system (no ‘human’ contact possible) claimed address issues although they had dropped(!) parcels several times at the SAME address that week!? Zero replies to queries or updates from them until they finally bothered to deliver. Will NEVER buy again if Evri is involved! 👎

I am not complaining about the few hours delays in delivering the order. Maybe the courier's fault. In terms of value, the product is exactly as described. I have had a few parcels stolen and feel it is the duty of the delivery company to make sure it is safe . This is not complaint of the seller but a recommendation not to use Evri .
