  I am giving a positive feedback despite the item received was not working. The main buttons were not responding, making the player unusable. However, we came to the conclusion that was due to possible poor handling by the courier. Communication was perfect from the beginning, tracking number provided and delivery was fast. Packaging was well done. The vendor was extremely nice and gave me a full refund and even didn't want the item back, making the whole process much simpler. Recommended.
