  Great communication with the seller. My Amazon Echo Show 8 was delivered on time and arrived well packed. Brand new. The price was perfect. I needed to replace my 2nd generation, as it wasn't getting updates. I'll be buying from the seller again when there's a new upgrade. Highly recommend to all buyers. Five Stars for great service.   There was no problem with the seller or the transaction itself. The issue was with the shipping. Since the item is so small, possibly a 5x7 padded envelope would help vs. a smaller package, just a thought. Since I didn t receive it, I don t feel that giving Shipping Time five stars is justifiable.

  The loss during transit wasn't intentional; the small size of the package likely contributed to the lost by USPS. We issued a prompt refund understanding the impact immediately after request. Hope you can understand and revise this feedback.
