  I have bought from Zarela before always happy with their service. Unfortunately this time my order was late by over a week through No Fault of Zarela, the problem was with Royal Mail. The correspondence with customer service was great, to which l thank them for all there help. If l could give them more than 5 stars l would A**. Sirdar snuggly is a lovely baby wool, good condition soft quality and value for money.
