  This is my second time purchasing surgical instruments from this seller. Although there was a delay in receiving the items this time, the seller was very responsible and kept me updated throughout. Communication was smooth, and the seller was consistently responsive. A truly trustworthy seller. The instruments are of good quality and exactly as described. I will definitely consider buying from this seller again.

  Overall a positive experience. The only thing worth mentioning was that in the price we had agreed duty free posting to EU. However, when I received the item I was forced to pay a significant amount for customs. I contacted the seller and he offered to pay half of the customs charge, which is helpful, but not exactly what was agreed. I would recommend the seller, but please be careful about customs charges.

  I made a mistake and i asked for a refund as the package was delivered in a different door. The seller contacted me immediately as i reported that my delivery was not arrived. He showed much interest to help me and he refunded me. I eventually found the package and the items are of good quality. I would definitely recommend it and i apologise for any inconvenience.

  Advertised that the product was american and located in US. It was a fraud. It is a pakistani junk mailed from UAE nearly a month after purchase. Poor quality as you can expect from a "surgical instrument from Pakistan

  You can check in about us whats the location mentioned . He purchased the item on 15 Sep and parcel is delivered on 2 Oct . The buyer missuses his rights , First of all the item i delivered is in good condition and second i also offer him refund but he refused it , eBay also need to take action , the seller is not wrong all the time but you give all rights to buyer and im extremely disagree with your policy and very disappointed, Even we cant call to ebay to explain and no one take it serious.
