  Great quality, great fit , customer service was amazing , I had a problem and tried to word it non horsey and the reply came back pleasantly surprisingly naming the parts , swift reply and problem sorted , I have brought saddles etc before from this company and would deffo use again

  Seller not helpful ! I got sent the wrong dog lead , said they would look into it but still nothing back from them ! They ignored my last email !!

  I have Tried to contact you but you have ignored the messages. I have sent back the defective harness at cost to myself £17:30 you said that you would refund. After many texts I got no where had to go to Paypal to get the refund for just the Harness I will probably not get the postage back.

  Item was delivered to the wrong house. The proof of posting showed someone else’s house. I contacted the to inform them but the next day the item arrived so I contacted the seller to tell them it has arrived. In both instances of me contacting them I never received a reply and still have not to date. Whilst I realise the error in delivery was not down to them some common courtesy would have been nice.
