  Item delivered on time and as described, packaged well and in good condition, thank you. These particular products are a universal fit and accordingly designed to fit a range of windows so they require a bit of fettling in order to do the job and depending on the shape and dimensions of the window you are fitting them to. But it did the job and now working well with our AC unit.
