  No issue with seller at all. Great communication and I recommend taking a look at his stuff. Unfortunately due to a shipping issue my package got “lost in the mail” and not sellers fault. Seller did try everything, and when all else failed just went ahead and gave me a refund. Also stated if I happened to receive package go ahead and keep it that he would take the loss. I still saved the seller and have looked to see if anything else catches my eyes to make a purchase.

  Product was as described from seller, value was within reason ( these manuals are expensive anywhere they are available ) ,packaging and shipping were great ,and order was processed and shipped in a timely manner. This manual has saved me hours and hours by not having to look up all this very useful information it holds via phone or computer.If you own a Harley and do your own repairs it’s a very great tool and wise investment .Im happy with my purchase !

  Arrived in good condition and as described. Very well packaged to prevent damage-wrapped in bubble wrap and encased in cardboard. Though the package arrived late due to local fires, it arrived undamaged.
