  The radio was exactly as described, brand new and in the sealed box. Shipping was very fast! I received the radio in just 5 days! That's just 5 days from Japan! I could not be happier with this purchase, and I highly recommend this seller.

  BEWARE: Seller does not provide full refund. DO NOT BUY THIS RADIO for use outside of Japan. The FM Band does not go higher than 95.0, so you cannot tune into any radio station on the FM Band higher than 95.0, which eliminates most radio stations. I returned the item to the seller in the original box immediately, with all of the original packaging, but the seller did not refund the full purchase price. In fact, the Seller kept $185.75 despite receiving everything back in the original packaging.

  The quality of the product exceeded all my expectations, as it arrived promptly in brand new condtion as advertised.   I purchased this product from the UK. The seller was very friendly. Before I received the item, the courier informed me that I would need to pay customs duties in order to receive the package, which was far beyond my original budget. However, in the end, the seller kindly covered the customs duties for me. It would have been better if the seller had informed me about the customs duties before the purchase.
