  The synth arrived in good time and was in original factory box. The box did suffer some damage but the synth was safe and in perfect condition. The email response was a bit slow bring they only seem to check it once a week on Friday. It was a positive experience and I would order from them again

  Diría que es una buena compra, el producto es original y estuve en comunicación constante con el vendedor. El artículo es totalmente nuevo, aunque creo que debió de venir mejor embalado ya que solo venía en su caja aoriginla de cartón y por el envío llegó un poco golpeado el empaque, pero no están dañado el producto. En cuanto al traslado tardo un poco más en la aduana de lo esperado, pero vale totalmente la pena el producto, estoy satisfecho.

  Item was as described and works perfectly! Along with the printer, the box includes the power adapter and paper casette/trays for postcard, L, and card size prints. Item was packaged with care. Seller shipped out the order within the time frame noted and it was safely delivered to me in less than a week. I love the soft pink colour, which was not available in North America. So glad to have found it for a reasonable price. Very happy with my purchase!

  I received the item as described, the item power on and response to the remote control, It is the product for Japan only, everything in Japanese. I need to have the instruction in English to operate it, so far this is all I can tell. The seller provided excellent communication. Thank you very much.
