  Laser just as described and excellent delivery ... well packaged and reasonably fast. Excellent support ... there is no manual, but they include link for .pdf. Other doctors are interested so we are working on a YT instruction series to help with setup and our particular use.

  Delivery was smooth and quick, and I was impressed with the packaging and care that went into it. The machine works well, and overall I'm very happy with it. I appreciate that the seller provided a manual and a link to an instructional setup video via email. My only uncertainty is if this is a true picosecond laser as the manual indicates the pulse width as 10 milliseconds as opposed to picoseconds. Great machine though.

  We explained to the bbuyer ,UPS didn't update the tracking number soon , when device is released from cusotms office ,and then UPS will update the tracking online and we also provide the UPS tracking number , and then on Dated Dec 13 ,device has new uodate on UPS website because item already finish cusotms clearance and release from ustoms office
