  Shipping can improve. Paper punch shipped in eBay padded envelope therefore received item damaged. Punch will work however, will not close d/t small piece broken - disappointing. Photo shows envelope used, item, and small piece which was found in envelope. Item as described, still works and is a value which is why I will give a positive experience however, in the future seller should ship these items in box with appropriate padding to prevent any damage.

  The item was delivered quickly and was well packaged. The color is in perfect, new condition as is just as it was described! The value is great for the discontinued color! My wife loves this old eye shadow color and is very happy! We highly recommend this seller!
