  I purchased what was meant to be the right axle for my trailer, this was not to be the case although I was told by the seller it would fit my trailer. Once a return was accepted I then proceeded to return this item in the very same packaging it was delivered in. This is where it all went down hill! No courier i contacted would return this for me all any who would wanted nearly £400 so I was forced to return this item in person costing me a day off work and £150 in fuel. No help from the seller!!

  We’re sorry for the inconvenience. All axle sizes are clearly listed in the description, and it's the buyer's responsibility to check compatibility. The buyer arranged return shipping independently and didn’t ask us to help organise a courier — we would have gladly assisted. Apologies again for any trouble caused.

  Excellent product exactly as described. Brand new caravan handbrake assembly for caravan in 1st class condition and quality. Slight delay with delivery, but this appeared to be due to the courier. The item I purchased was way less than half the price for exactly the same product from the regular supplier. I can highly recommended a 1st class ebayer.
