I believe this is a professional company. It’s just better for business to be proactive and increase customer satisfaction. Otherwise, a nice-to-have is free returns. The return cost was $8-9 for this part because Dometic (the actual manufacturer, not this seller) provided the wrong part number. Very professional business.
