  I purchased this backpack pack purse, tgat was said to be in excellent condition. I received it and immediately contacted seller informing them that all leatger parts on the bag were dry rotting and cracked. I got an estimate from a saddle shop rmto repair the bag for $80. Which made it not worth fixing after paying what I did for the bag. I told the seller they could do a 59% discount or id prefer to return said bag. 5 days without a response. Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful.

  You message that a bag you bought had issue i immediately replied offering extra discount before I could fix the issue you opened a did not receive than message me several times that am disrespectful I issued you full refund and allow you to keep the item we appreciate all our customers
