  I provided information that refer this buyer to the photos that clearly show the battery is not a 61 or 63++. I stated the we would be happy to provided a full refund once they send the product back. That we need to process the refund according to eBay policy. So, instead of processing the refund request to allow us to return all funds the buyer put this feedback on our store. Our goal is to always provide customer service no matter the fault. But we do not provide funds outside of eBay policy.

  Received a dvd listed as Brand New,v and it was already opened, shrink wrap was cut open and had no seal on the case. I followed Ebay's return policy and received a prompt refund. Seller sent an apology message. Will buy from seller again, though I will message seller about condition of items, before buying from them.
