  Product was delayed for several days, probably due to some issue with US postal, but product arrived not only as advertised but also sealed in a protective envelope, bubblewrap, and tapped cardboard box! Seller was also generous enough to send an authentic postcard with my order and a personal letter of thanks! Should I need anything from Japan in the future, I will be for sure checking this seller first for their great deals and dutiful shipping!

  Excellent sellers! The books came as depicted and were in great condition. Volumes 9 and 10 were still plastic wrapped and pristine. Vol 5 had yellowing around the edges but otherwise great quality. (So not really a problem for me) Also a new record for shipping from Japan to the US. 2 days! That's ludicrous speed! The packing was excellent as the manga arrived unharmed. If I want more Japanese manga sets, I'd highly consider these sellers. Thank you so much!

  Excellent customer service. I was looking for a specific edition that contained bonus content but had limited information to work with to figure out what I needed. The representative was able to help me figure out which version I was actually looking for. The books were carefully packed and arrived in perfect condition.   The package was sent in priority mail and came quickly after the contents were inspected to be in good condition. The packaging came beat up but the contents were unaffected. I negotiated a price I was really happy with. The books were same as the photos on the posting.
