  Right after ordering, the U.S. announced new tariffs with an odd phase-in rate period that would temporarily triple the item's price, which I couldn't justify. I really like this item, but since it hadn't shipped, I requested a cancellation. The seller was responsive and quick to cancel for me. If the tariff situation ever resolves, I would certainly purchase from this seller again.

  The recorder came quickly, well packaged, and exactly as described. There’s more to this purchase however. When the recorder came I wasn’t able to get it to function properly. No matter what I tried it just simple would not work! I reached out to the seller and asked for assistance translating the manual since it was only in Japanese and the seller was able to assist me in getting the recorder to work properly!! I cannot thank the seller enough for their patience and graciousness.

  Item came 100% as advertised, and in the complete set. Nothing was damaged and box was well protected and packaged neatly. If i went to a store and bought these separately, they’d be 20$ each and no guarantee that id get a unique one so this was much better bang for my buck. The items are high quality and look amazing on the shelf, i hope they make a series 3! The seller was very polite and made sure the item was shipped out very quickly. It got to my house within a week.

  Seller was Wonderful, their communication was excellent and they were fast at responding. The product was packaged with care and just as described and came faster than expected. 10/10 Would buy from this person again.

  Item was well packaged and came in undamaged. Looks just like the images provided. Shipping took longer than expected but that was more on the delivery companies than the seller. They shipped the item when stated but it got stuck in a sorting center.

  The seller accidentally listed this item for way less than it was worth and they reached out to me to inform me of their mistake and offer me a refund or a small gift. The small gift that was sent was a cute charm from a shrine! Thank you for much it’s so cute! It’s good quality and was shipped with care so it came in great condition. Thank you!
