The shippers caused a hole in the box but it did not damage the instrument because of this excellent packaging. Excellent value for the money

  Item was shipped quickly. Appearance of packaging was promising and upon opening the quality and condition of the item was perfect. Vent was a great item for a great value. Sellervis by far the quickest i have ever dealt with as far as response time for return emails.   Great Seller. The product arrived super fast within 2 days. The pressure washer arrived with some damage from the factory through no fault of the Seller. I requested to return the item and the Seller responded quickly and was willing to accept the return, but offered some alternatives. In the end, I feel the Seller was very fair with a solution and effectively and quickly communicated until resolved. Thanks!

  Excellent customer support. Spreader was well made but arrived with a critical closing mechanism defect. I contacted the seller and they immediately replied and said they would investigate. While waiting, I managed to fix it after some DIY efforts. I contacted the seller again and proposed a discount instead of returning the spreader to save us both the hassles and $$$. Without argument an agreement was reached. Highly recommend this seller.

  I ordered three one was shipped UPS and I had it Saturday. The other two were shipped with FedEx and turned into a delivery nightmare never received them until Tuesday after three emails and if I hadn’t caught the guy trying to back out of the yard, he still refused to step out of the truck or even throw them in the driveway per instruction from email because I have a dog, the product was excellent value and quality Just wish they would all come UPS
