  Ok, finally got the form I needed, well this seller was not really interested in a refund, although he didn t know that the danger was possible for the faulty oxygen tank,he had no clue what he was dealing with! No knowledge, no interest, he did after many conversations applied with a partial refund which I spent on a new tank. I respect that. I would trust this seller for a positive action and refund. So, I can say yes to the seller. But be careful!!! What you purchase!

  Shipping was super fast, packaging was excellent making it easy to setup in virtually any space in or out. Definetely as described though I am still skeptical it can actually support 440 pounds of weight. Excellent value especially if it truly supports the listed weight, time will tell!
