  Satisfactory purchase. The product arrived well packaged in good condition. Thank you. My only issue with the sale was the shipping duration, which was confusing since the product listing indicated the lamp was in Edison, New Jersey. However, the tracking data showed the item shipped from California. The location information was clearly false on the product listing. That appears to be why the items took longer to arrive than I expected.

  Specchio molto bello, arrivato con 1 settimana di ritardo dall'America. Purtroppo chi ha imballato ha dimenticato un proteggi spigolo, quindi si è rovinato un angolo della parte in legno su cui è incollato lo specchio. Il venditore era sinceramente dispiaciuto per l'accaduto. Lo specchio mi piace molto, non volevo restituirlo (per paura che durante il trasporto stavolta potesse rompersi il vetro), quindi mi ha inviato un piccolo rimborso, per scusarsi. È stato un gesto molto gentile....

  We bought this item for our coop area, to keep the chickens safe and secure. It was a bit unclear (or not specifically stated) that the siding of the pen is not metal, its nylon. We thought it was metal (i.e more secure from predators). It wasn’t exactly what we thought we were getting BUT, I reached out to the seller who was very friendly and very responsive and we worked out a solution. I appreciate their help! The item was well-packed, shipped quickly, and brand new, we’ll test it out soon!
