  When ordered it was listed as used and working. Before shipping the seller discovered the video was not working, then he promptly gave me the option of as at “name my price”, or I could cancel the order for a full refund. I appreciated the honesty and fairness of this seller, and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to others. His communication was instant, too.

  The seller has offered a refund and I will not have to return damaged VCR TV. I am hoping to purchase another one from him very soon so my son has a working one! He sent the tv promptly and packed it very very well! It was totally the fault of the delivery company! He has been very easy to deal with and responds quickly!!! I will keep you updated on me my next purchase! Hopefully soon!

  Unfortunately, we did everything in our power, but there is an element of this business that we cannot control: the carrier mishandled the package. This package weighed 80 pounds, and we provided special packaging for that weight, but the carrier dropped the ball. Fortunately for our customer, we offer a 30-day return policy at no cost to them, so there is no loss for the customer.

  The subwoofer I bought for my garage worked as described, but unfortunately it got damaged during shipping. I informed them about it and they were quick to make the situation right. My only real fuss is the lack of proper packaging, other than that I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again in the future.
