  for the price, the product is fine. the watch was very poorly packaged. simply shipped in an unpadded envelope from china. the band had come loose from the time piece. i was able to repair it without issue.

  The item arrived damaged due to deficient packaging. I asked for a refund and was issued only a partial refund. Not happy! I lost $7 through no fault of my own. Fortunately, it was only an inexpensive item, otherwise I would have taken it further with Ebay.
