  Love the glasses. Came packaged well and just as described. Good value. Would go through this seller again. My only issue was about the shipping. USPS said package was arriving Thursday before 9pm but didn’t come. Package didn’t show up until today (Saturday). Not sellers fault. USPS systems don’t always update with accurate information. I’ll give 5 stars for shipping only because it benefits the seller.

  USPS absolutely destroyed the package and the glasses case, yet the glasses frame was actually undamaged. Seller was responsive, professional, and friendly when notified. Seller agreed to send a replacement case at a later date, when one became available, and has stuck to that informal agreement. The prices on the Etnia frames are some of the lowest you'll find anywhere and I wouldn't hesitate to order from this seller again. Item was exactly as described.

  Seller is communicative with a large inventory. Items were received as described at a very good value. Fast shipping, good packaging. I’ve saved this seller because of the large inventory and easy communication. It is difficult to find the right frame shape and size at Costco. For all prescription and non prescription glasses, this is a great seller to save.

  Responded to my inquiry quickly. Arrived quickly and as described. Great price. It was sent directly to the optometrist’s office so I can’t speak to packaging but since it arrived intact I assume it was good. Would buy from them again.
