Purchased on the 7th and received the 10th. Item was packaged well with thick molded foam padding with extra pieces of foam to cushion any fragile parts that "stick up" and no damage to the product. The item appears new and the parts that show look exactly like the OEM it is to replace. It is not installed yet so I cannot comment on its functionality. So far I am happy with this purchase.

However, I had free shipping for this order and then went to re-order, and the shipping is now $50 per item. I questioned this, and they said that the full amount is the cost, and they split it up that way. I find this very misleading and dishonest, as there is no shipping for a product this size is $50 per item. I will not be purchasing more from this seller again. If you can't put a true price on the item and then bump up the shipping to make up for it,.
