  Asked seller for shipment details and got next day response. Received panel and Informed seller that this is not a 400W panel. Asked for a partial refund. Seller responded the next and we agreed on a partial refund. Seller issued refund the next day. Panel works fine but just is not 400W. Good seller - would purchase from again.

  The seller was very kind. The item did need returned and they did everything they could to help me. Item worked pretty good, brand new in box, looked great and it was a good price, but then shut off while it was running. Seemed like it was a manufactured defect and they offered to replace it no problem. The seller cared about the issue and responded fast to make it right. Thank you

  I ordered a 4-pack. He sent a message saying that he only had 2 individuals, so he sent them before consulting with me. I had to wait for the 2 to arrive, then return them. Never a price adjustment, and a refund only after he received the 2 back at his shop. Misrepresented what he had as 4 individuals wouldn't have done me any good. Should have communicated that he didn't have 4 before shipping any.

  Thank you. I tried to order a similar item twice from another source, which shall remain unnamed, only to face delays in delivery. Delivery was prompt and having a tracking number was immensely helpful. Haven't used it yet (doing the initial charge) but I don't foresee any problems. Again, thank you for your excellent service.
