  These two lockets did not come with the 12 birthstones. I sent a note to this seller and they replied very quickly and immediately put two more lockets, with the birthstones in the mail for me. They are due to arrive Saturday. That is amazing customer service and everyone should feel confident when purchasing from this seller. Thank you so much for your kindness.

  This transaction started out in disappointment because the heart locket's inside description was wrong. The picture shown in the ebay listing was actually for a different heart locket. But after contacting the seller, I was given a full refund AND their ebay listing error was corrected. The seller took full responsibility and fixed the problem.

  This seller was a trooper and really helpful. I ordered 2 rings from them and they got lost in transit. They were supposed to be here in a week, but it took a month and a half. All on the post office, not the seller. I asked about the rings and they sent me out 2 more rings, without any fuss. We kept in touch, because those got lost too lolol. Over all great experience, if you take out USPS lolol.
