During the placement of the new fan I saw the new fan was just a little bit thicker than the original making it more difficult to place. At some point one of the cables came loose from the connector. Contacted the seller and he refunded the amount I had paid and it was not needed to return the item as it was broken. It was a pitty the item was not OK. However, the after care was outstanding. Trustworthy seller!

There is a camera on my door bell & No one rang the bell. When I opened the door the next day the package had been delivered. SUGGEST you change couriers if you want good reviews.
