  Unreliable. Preordered an expensive item and was updated with tracking quickly even though I was aware they just do that because they have to and the item was nowhere near ready to be shipped out. Over a month later I am suddenly told it’s out of stock. Very frustrating as I was able to preorder the item through other means but I didn’t because it’s a lot of money and how was I to know they would over sell it? Refund took about a week after they claimed they refunded me. I would not recommend
