  I bought it as a returned item from this seller, and it's been fantastic. I use it daily. The seller deserves huge praise for their incredible support. They provided extra brushes and a 1-year warranty, which really exceeded my expectations. They were also quick to respond to my questions and incredibly helpful, (should be aware of time difference and holidays in China). A small tip: I've found that gradually pressing the portafilter down works best instead of pushing hard due to DC power.

  Juicer arrived well packaged and in good condition. No user manual and warranty documentation was included. Overall quality of juicer is good, but flat press plate is much more solid than pointy press head.
