The seller deserves huge praise for their incredible support. They provided extra brushes and a 1-year warranty, which really exceeded my expectations. They were also quick to respond to my questions and incredibly helpful, (should be aware of time difference and holidays in China). A small tip: I've found that gradually pressing the portafilter down works best instead of pushing hard due to DC power.

Unboxed both of the units and all parts are there, and both operate as they should. Found that there are a few wood skewers in the boxes for trials. Very nice bonus! Every thing is in Chinese, instructions etc. but my wife and daughter are Chinese so this is not a problem if you are a buyer and speak another language my suggestion is using a translator. Other than that, these are perfect. Thank you!
