  Seller knowingly sent the wrong item because they allegedly didn't have the listed item in stock, despite the listing remaining active to this day specifying that 2 items are still available. Furthermore, the seller sent an item that they have listed on eBay for £100 less than the purchase price of the product I ordered, and only offered to refund the difference once I'd raised this, calling such a partial refund a "courtesy".
