  Item arrived as described and good packaging. The seller was active sending me updates regarding postage, tracking and delivery. Despite being labelled 'Junk' because the seller said that one of the parts were broken, I was able to repair it, saving lots of money from buying a brand new one from other sellers.   I purchased the Yujin Tsubasa Chronicle Chii Figure, but unfortunately, due to a mix up, I received a different item. That figure itself was cute, well packed and like new. Although I was sad not to get what I wanted, the seller quickly refunded my purchase & told me to keep the item I received. The seller was deeply apologetic & sincere about his mistake. For this reason I still give 5⭐ as I would still buy from his store & he made it a nice experience regardless, we are only human after all!

  Shipping was very fast, package arrived well ahead of the estimated date. I ordered multiple figures and the seller offered combined shipping so I ended up saving a lot of money which I'm very happy about. The figures were wrapped carefully and arrived undamaged with all parts shown in the pictures. Highly recommend this seller, I would definitely buy from again!
